Puro Construction Company, Inc. offers direct construction and oversight from sitework, landscaping, hardscaping, masonry, concrete foundations, slabs, and sidewalks to mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. We perform concrete, masonry, siding, window installations, bathroom and kitchen renovations, house additions, and new construction of all sizes.   • Nathan Littauer Hospital Physical Therapy Rehabilitation renovations – Provide new patient exams rooms.
  • Van Patten Estate & Country Club Acres, Ballston Lake, NY – Completed exterior façade siding installation for warehouse and offices.
  • Crystal IS, Green Island, NY – Interior renovation and modifications to existing lab space area.
  • Bluth Sign – Malta NY, new construction of masonry and brick monument signs for building entrance.
  • Nathan Littauer Hospital Corridor Renovations to 1st Floor, Main Lobby Space, SCU waiting area, Medical Arts building, and 3rd floor patient corridors.
  • Montgomery Ward Building, Menands, NY – Provided mechanical cut and patch work for installation of new heating and piping systems to 5th floor.
  • CDPHP Communications Department – Renovate existing 5,000 sf interior office spaces, commenced February 2015, Completed April 2015.
  • Riverview Center Bathroom Renovations – Renovate various men’s and women’s bathrooms lower level, commenced January 2015 completed February 2015.
  • Johnstown Gastroenterology Suite – Renovate existing 1,600 sf office space into exam rooms and procedure rooms for Gastroenterology Physicians for Nathan Littauer Hospital, commencement January 2015, Completed April 2015.
  • CDPHP Legal Department Renovations – Expand existing legal department.
  • CDPHP Marketing department Renovations – Renovate approximately 4,500 sf of interior office space for CDPHP marketing department, commenced February 2015, completed April 2015.
  • Charlton School, Burnt Hills, NY – Multi-phased renovations and addition to existing school facility.  Self performed Cold Formed Metal Framing, Framing, Trusses, Sheetrock, and Ceiling work. Commenced September 2014, completed August 2015, approximately $350,000.
  • CDPHP Cafeteria & Servery Renovations – Complete renovations to existing 11,000 sf of cafeteria and servery spaces located on the ground floor. Work commencement June 2014 with an overall cost of approximately $1.8M, completed December 2014.
  • Holiday Inn, Johnstown, NY – Interior ceiling replacement at main lobby space, main lobby hallways, executive rooms, and ballrooms.  Work commenced August, 2015, completed September 2015.
  • Lab Corp, 400 Patroon Creek BLVD – Renovations and improvements to existing Lab space in Albany, NY. Work commenced July, 2015, Completed September 2015.
  • Hudson Valley Community College, Troy, NY – Renovations to existing trade shop, adding sound attenuation panels to existing walls and ceilings. Completed August, 2015.
  • Rotterdam Fire District Renovations, Rotterdam, NY – Renovate existing fire department interior renovations. Work commenced June 2015, Completed September 2015 with Griffith Dardanelli Architects, PC. Project size approximately $197,000.
  • SUNY Hutchinson Child Care Renovations, Queensbury, NY – Renovate portion of existing and provide approximately 1300 sf new addition to their existing child care center. Work commenced April 2015 for JMZ Architecture, Completed October 2015.  Project Volume approximately $500,000.  Puro self performed all concrete, framing, siding, and finishes complete.
  • ETAIN Plant, Chestertown, NY – Provide exterior building improvements for manufacturing plant.

    New 16,000 sf wood framed day care center. Project Cost: $2,500,000. Project Completion: July 2012 – April 2013.
